The Herron-Morton Place neighborhood is located near the northside of Indianapolis within East 22nd Street and East 16th Street north to south respectively, and Central Avenue to North Pennsylvania east to west respectively.
The homes in Herron-Morton Place are all private single family homes, and the entire neighborhood is residential. One thing we love about all of Indianapolis is the history that dates back to before the Revolutionary War. The land that Herron-Morton Place is on was initially purchased to be used as fairgrounds for the Indiana State Fair. And later in the 20th century, the now well known elaborate Victorian homes began being built here. These homes were often inhabited by local politicians and business leaders, which led to the elite neighborhood vibe we know it as today.
